Best Navigation Solution
Telematics Update Best Navigation Award
Scout for Cars won the Best Navigation Solution at The Telematics Update Awards. The Awards recognize companies and products for innovation and potential in 10 competitive categories related to in-vehicle technology. The event was part of Telematics Detroit 2012, the biggest telematics conference, exhibition, and awards for the automotive, mobile, and web industry.

 


"Wow" Factor
CTIA E-Tech Award
At CTIA's annual Wireless 2012 conference, Scout received the Emerging Technology (E-Tech) award for Mobile apps under the Productivity, Utility and Public Safety category. A panel of media and industry analysts judged the award categories and picked winners based on innovation, functionality, technological importance, implementation and overall "wow" factor.

 


Excellence for Maps/Navigation
Communicator Award of Excellence
The International Academy of Visual Arts (IAVA) chose Scout as the 2012 Award of Excellence winner for Maps/Navigation in the Mobile Apps category as part of the Communicator Awards program. The Awards recognize big ideas in marketing and communications. All winners are hand-selected by the IAVA, an invitation-only committee consisting of professionals from acclaimed media, communications, advertising, creative and marketing firms.

 


BEST OF CES FINALIST
CNET's Best of CES Award – Finalist
In January 2012, Scout for Cars was honored in CNET's Best of CES Awards as a finalist in the Car Tech category. CNET's Best of CES Awards is the official awards program for Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the world's largest technology tradeshow. The awards recognize the best products at the show as judged by CNET's editors and writers.
