A: If you have a compatible AllTel phone or smartphone, you can buy an account and install the application using your phone's application downloader. AllTel BlackBerry users must go to the TeleNav Store to sign-up.

A: If you have a compatible AllTel phone or smartphone, TeleNav GPS Navigator will be downloaded and installed through your application downloader when you complete your purchase. AllTel BlackBerry users should launch the BlackBerry internet browser and go to this URL: http://ota.telenav.com/ota/al
Q: Do I need additional hardware in order to use TeleNav GPS Navigator?
A: AllTel mobile devices do not require an external GPS receiver in order to work with the application; however, if you are interested in other accessories, you can visit the TeleNav Store to see what is available.
