Q: Do I need extra hardware to use TeleNav GPS Navigator with my phone model? How do I order hardware?

T-Mobile's phones do require an external GPS Receiver in order to function with TeleNav GPS Navigator.
This device connects to the phone using Bluetooth and can be purchased through the TeleNav Store when signing up for service.
Q: What is a data plan and why do I need it?
A:
In order for your phone to get driving directions, maps, or other data, information must be sent through T-Mobile's data network.
This is a separate network connection purchased directly through T-Mobile. You can sign up for data service by contacting T-Mobile at: 1-800-937-8997
