Q: How do I install the application?

After you have signed-up, you can download and install TeleNav GPS Navigator by launching the internet browser of your mobile device and going to this URL: http://ota.telenav.com/ota/vz

Q: Do I need extra hardware to use TeleNav GPS Navigator with my Verizon phone or handheld? How do I order hardware?
A:

Verizon mobile devices must have a Bluetooth GPS Receiver in order to work with TeleNav GPS Navigator.

This device connects to the phone using Bluetooth and can be purchased through the TeleNav Store when signing up for service.

Q: What is a data plan and why do I need it?
A:

In order for your phone to get driving directions, maps, or other data, information must be sent through Verizon's data network.

This is a separate network connection purchased directly through Verizon. You can sign up for data service by contacting Verizon at: 1-800-922-0204
